About the event
These birth class meet ups are a 3 part series. This first class is to discuss birth plans, medical terms, how to advocate and educate, and openly discuss concerns that are valid.
Spouses or partners do not have to attend this meeting.
Next meeting will be on March 23rd 10am-12pm.
This meeting will cover signs of labor, what to pack for the hospital, what to do once labor begins, stages of labor and when to head to the hospital. We will also discuss love language and how that plays a huge part in birth.
Spouses or partners can attend.
Last class series will be held on April 20th 10am-12pm.
