This is a great resource for moms who do not want to take a group class and would like one on one education and support to prepare for childbirth.
This is a three series class! You will learn positions, comfort measures, what terminology to expect, ways dads can help etc. with an educational follow up email!

With our birthing guidance, we offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. We have 24/7 on call support and direct contact with your doula.
1 free consultation, 2+ prenatal meetings that include the Birth Education, Breastfeeding education, and Support Partner Comfort measures classes, unlimited contact with doula, unlimited labor/birth time, 2 in home postpartum visits.
Breastfeeding can be overwhelming at times but it can also be very rewarding. We are always enthusiastic about helping new moms learn prior to birth, in the hospital, or at home. We are not International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) but we have taken classes and programs to help moms become more confident and to know when to search for a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) before being caught by the pediatrician or dentist.
Postpartum Support
** AVAILABLITY IS LIMITED**
Postpartum support is available for moms who are coming home after having her baby or weeks/months later. With more than 3 million cases of Postpartum Depression (PPD) per year, we aim to be proactive in being accessible to all moms. PPD can appear at any time from a couple of weeks to a year after birth.
