Some items can be requested to be made gluten free or specialized for allergies - Please request before placing order. Each snack contains dairy products, egg, Oat, Brewers Yeast, Flaxseed, Hemp Seed, Chia Seed. Items ordered are expected for next day pick up or upon agreed date and time. Please be patient with me as I am a doula that offers several services including BIRTH! Birth is very unexpected at times and if I receive a call out to a birth, I will let you know on a time frame of when your order will be completed and ready for pick up. If I am not at a birth or with previous scheduled clients, you can expect your snack to be ready within 24-48 hours. Weekend ordering, after hours, and venmo paid orders will be completed next business day unless discussed other wise. SPECIAL REQUEST OR ORDERS MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COST!
